What do children, adolescents and youth want in Brazil? They want to develop autonomy to pursue their rights. They want to access a good education at all levels, and the right to the city, with access to culture, sport and leisure.
We train youth to support them to become citizens, through dialogue and culture – encouraging them to charge the public authorities for the realization of the rights provided for in the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA), the Youth Statute and other legislation that promotes rights. We also monitor bills and public policies’ budgets, and train other groups and organizations to do the same.
